Hello World is the first line of code every programmer writes when they start learning to code. It represents a new beginning and discovery. PITAKA has pioneered Lumintex™ fiber and achieved the first-ever text weaving with aramid fiber, pushing the limits of material technology. By weaving "Hello World" into glowing text, we pay tribute to the programmers who shape the world and to the curiosity that drives us to explore it.

Rules of the Project
- Crowdfunding starts from Nov 27 to 29; full payment is required.
- Each model will go into production once it reaches 100 units globally; each person is limited to 3 units.
- Orders will be shipped within 21 business days after crowdfunding ends successfully.
- A free UV flashlight will be included and shipped with the case.
- If the project fails or is canceled, your payment will be refunded.
- Canceling your order will count toward your purchase limit.
- No returns or exchanges within 7 days unless there is a quality issue.
- We reserve the right to cancel orders for malicious behavior or misuse.

Q1. Why couldn't I find the MagEZ Case and MagEZ Case Pro on your site now?
A1. We've updated the names of our cases to highlight their key features.The MagEZ Case is now split into two series:
Ultra-Slim Cases for classic minimalist design;
Tactile Woven Cases for unique textures and refined aesthetics.The MagEZ Case Pro is now known as our Military-Grade Protective case, emphasizing its superior impact protection.The name change is meant to make it easier for more customers to choose the right cases, based on their needs. But no worries, it has no impact on the quality and functionality of each case.
Q2. How does the luminous phone case work?
A2. The glowing part of the case is made from luminous materials that absorb energy when exposed to a bright light source, and then emits a soft glow in the dark.
Q3. How long does the glow last every time?
A3. The glow can last up to 20 minutes, depending on the intensity of the light source and how long the case was exposed to the light. Please note that the brightness will gradually decrease over time.
Q4. Are there any special care instructions for this phone case?
A4. Avoid prolonged exposure of the luminous area to high-energy UV lamps (≥15W) for more than 3 minutes.Do not store the case in environments exceeding 80°C for more than 3 months.
Q5. What is the lifespan of the luminous materials on the phone case?
A5. With proper storage and use, the luminous materials can last for at least two years.
